Are all weeks resorts available for Points for Deposit?

If you own a points resort and a weeks resort, you can participate in Points for Deposit. My question is whether all resorts, even all inclusive resorts, are eligible for participation in Points for Deposit. How do we find out which resorts are eligible or not?

Madge, why had you not responded to this question? If you own weeks and points are all weeks resorts available for points for deposit, including all-inclusive weeks?

Read the above in "Ask RCI". I will tell you this. Their website is unequivical on this. It says you can do it!

Patty5ia,

Unless a resort specifically asks that we not make their deposits available for Points-for-Deposit, any Weeks-only resort deposits would be eligible. I know of only one resort that has made that request thus far (Jimster's thread is about that resort).

Continuation of the Points-for-Deposit program is not guaranteed. However, except for honoring special requests as mentioned above, I know of no plans to discontinue it at this point.
