Back in March, 2020 I prepaid my MF fee for 2021 but excluded the $5.00 fee for ARDA since is said it was a voluntary contribution. Yesterday I received a bill from my Resort for the $5.00 fee. Do I have to pay this? Will it hinder my account in any way if I don't pay??

Which resort is this? I would contact them to reverse the charge and let them know you have opted out. You don’t want to have your usage encumbered because of a small optional fee.
The Resort is Sheraton Broadway Plantation in Myrtle Beach.
