absolutely zero...its a developers conference...and has nothing to do with owners.

in fact the "resale" forum is one of the more amusing parts (at least when I used to go to ARDA)....its hard to sit in the audience and not roll your eyes when members of the panel of said forum run some of the largest upfront fee companies in the business!
