I have been a Earthlink.net Customer for over 20 years and now "suddenly" on 4/1/12 .... all my Email Folders for over 15 years have "VANISHED" ..... Earthlink Tech. Support "sez" that can't recover my over 4,000 EMAILS ! ! !
Any "ideas" on my next course of Action???

I know this will not help with your current situation, but as advice going forward, if you have data of any kind that you cannot afford to lose, maintain your own backup copies. This includes data on external servers, like email services, as well as any data on your local hard drive(s) that you want to maintain.
