There is a $75 cleaning fee included at the $625. We are the owners, but have conflicting commitments for this week.
This is one of the few timeshares that allow you to bring pets. I believe there is a $50 per pet fee with maximum of two pets.
Kala Point Village Townhouse Unit 30 in Building 4 with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Three levels with split entry. Bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and living room, kitchen and dining middle level. There is loft on third level.
Nice older units well maintained though they are not really good for mobility impaired. Lots of stairs and some hills.
Very nice gated private community with private beach access. Kayak or small boat friendly. Pool and tennis courts.
Lots of fun things to do and see in the area.
Can also drive to Port Angeles and take the Black Ball ferry to Victoria BC.
We can deposit it into RCI or Interval, but would like to have someone enjoy it for less!
