I've been trying to print confirmations for a couple of trades that I have all week and keep getting an error: DUE TO INTERNAL ERROR THE SYSTEM IS UNAVAILABLE. Is RCI aware of this problem? Is a fix being worked on?

I liked this feature because I could print a confirmation whenever I needed it and wherever I was.
