Anyone work with Breckenridge Grand Vacations?

Hi Guys!
I was wondering if anyone had any experience purchasing resale Breckenridge Grand Vacations? I am curious if they treat resale owners the same and if the day use of their facilities carries over with the ownership.

We stayed at Grand Timber Lodge in January. Met a guy who bought resale recently. He said that generally they only give day use if you buy from the developer. However, with the Peak 7 Lodge and now Peak 8 Lodge up for sale they have started allowing day use with resale at Grand Timber as it's the older product. His recent resale purchase includes day use.

I am looking at buying resale at Gand Timber right now. I spoke with timeshare people directly and they said day use is included with the resale properties now. Bonus time too.

I know this post has been around a while, but only Grand Timber has day use on resales (as long as you didn't take tour and decline the purchase). It was written in the original documents. Peak 7 and Peak 8 will probably never have that.
