I am currently dealing with Express Closing Firm here is what I experienced from dealing with the "Director of Operations", Breanne Poynter (Breanne Austin) it is probably she and another person running her Timeshare Resales business, so I feel funny using the DOC title while making mention of her.
Breanne has little professionalism, even in the areas where politeness and business etiquette are quite easy to accomplish. Below is an exchange between she and I. I suggested that she at least respond to an email with some salutation, a "hello" or "hi" after not communicating with someone for awhile - it is trashy not to do so, but she did tell me that she noted my account to be sure that she would demonstrate some professionalism (see attachments). I could see this happening had we been in contact recently for the purpose of brevity, the first non-hello response came after two months of no communication.
What is my point? The timeshare industry and all of the counter-businesses that have emerged from it are already scrutinized and untrusted. If someone like Breanne has no business sense to show politeness is she going to do her best for you when things go awry? I highly doubt it.
I am sure she will display unmatched sarcasm when she does have to finally email me for something.
Had I known she has a problem with her attitude or thinks politeness is not important, I would have found a secondary-market timeshare agent that pays attention to the most basic of details.
