Anyone stayed at Hotel Kinbe Playa Del Carmen?

Staying at this hotel for a few nights before resort check-in. I have walked by it several times and it looks very cute. Finally got the reservation for really cheap. Just wanted to know if any has personal experience. I already read trip-advisor.

You may want to do a serach on this website http://www.playa.info/ for information on small independent hotels in Playa. The Playa website is also good for all things Playa including where to eat...
