Anyone sold a Manhattan Club week?

I am trying to sell my Manhattan Club timeshare week, and am having trouble finding someone to handle the transfer (with an escrow account). Has anyone successfully sold a Manhattan Club week, and how did the sale proceed (e.g., transfer company, escrow account, lawyers, recording the deed)? Thanks

What kind of unit is it, time, maintenance fees and price? If this is a violation of TUG rules to post this info here, sorry and ignore. Just curious. I suspect there might be plenty including myself interested if the deal is "right".

I sold our MC unit about three years ago through an ad on TUG. The closing was handled by Kelly Robinson at Quality Timeshare Closings, www.qtclosings.com. I believe I found Kelly through a recommendation from someone on the Manhattan Club staff. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I was very pleased.
