The video made it look easy to install and the results look amazing. I hope to get this thing within a week so we can get the townhouse on the market by 6/24. I am thinking of adding some pretty rocks in the foreground and maybe a few fake plants to set the scene.

30 years of selling window coverings and I had to google "window well". I think came across two of these during my career, and can actually picture each home. Obviously not something they build very often in our area.

At the moment the way the RE market is in most places I'm familiar with you could fill the window wells with algae and get 15% over asking price in cash, with multiple bidders.

Probably true, especially in our area of Colorado!

Putting my house on the market in 2-3 weeks. I hope this is true. But I'm still getting windows washed, carpets cleaned, etc

I'm also putting my house up for sale in 3-4 weeks as our bid just got accepted and now we work like crazy to get this house on the market...

These look very cool. I have five window wells that could use this.

Absolutely! Make it sparkle! I've been grumbling to Cliff about the staging our potential Realtor wants to do. My grumbling is actually helping me resign myself to this. And, hey, it's his money so he can knock himself out!
