Anyone own Avenue Plaza in New Orleans Fixed week?

Hello All,
Im considering taking an Avenue Plaza contract fixed week 51(Christmas Week). I own Wyndham points and are familiar with Avenue Plaza through there, but know nothing about fixed weeks.

1) Is fixed definitely fixed or can you trade within the system without banking the week in exchange program.

2) Can you do split weeks?

3) Are the fixed weeks managers easy to work with?
