Anyone knows about Elite Equity Transfers?

Anyone has experience with Elite Equity Transfers? They offer 100% guarranty to sell timeshares with no listing fee. They are BBB listed and in good standing. Any information would be appreciated and maybe useful for other TUG memebers and guests.

99.999 (9) percent likely to be the typical up front fee / no service actually delivered operation. Best to stay far away.

I received the solicitation by email. After being ripped-off previously and reading TUG's threads almost daily now, I am wiser than to fall for these scams. I just found it interesting that this company is in good standing with the BBB.

Their website states they are a corporation.
BBB says it is an LLC.

Doesn't matter either way because the state of VA has no record of Elite Equity Transfers as a legal entity of any kind in their home state.

They have virtually no presence on the web, for good or bad. That is enough to give someone concern.
