Anyone know when pool is going to be fixed at Boardwalk Villas in Virginia Beach

looking to go to this resort but looks like the pool is down because of piping problem and no employees seem to know when will be open. Hoping an owner may know.

How would an owner find out if not from a resort employee?

I'm not being cranky (this time anyway), but I really wonder if there is an independent source of such information.
