Hi there , i want to discuss about the email i receive , i purchase HGV back on october and completely fall into their scam marketing. Too late to rescind as i pass the recession period. Long short story , we only put 2k downpayment and never pay forward since. we never submit our direct deposit information and no payment are coming from us anymore. We live in canada and we bought this back in vegas when we are travelling.
Also we move from our old address
Today i’ve been getting this in my email
Wondering what does it mean ?
Any suggestions what is next step ? Should i just ignore it ?

Any comment will be so appreciated

This looks like a required state disclosure regarding debt collection.

HGVC at Boulevard and Craigendarroch Lodges
sounds like it went to collections and will be reported to the credit bureaus. Not sure what they mean by a loan error though
