Anyone here own a resale at Westgate Smoky Mountains?

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
I know Westgate can require resale owners of float weeks to wait until 60 days prior to check in to reserve a unit. I wanted to know if that is currently the case at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort. I know that even if they are not doing it currently that could change but I wanted to know what is the current situation at that resort. Also what is the current lock off fee for resale owners.

For as big of a timeshare system Westgate is, there don't seem to be many Tuggers that own Westgate. Or if they do, they don't admit it. Westgate isn't very well thought of around here and people tend to get beaten up if they say they own Westgate. Not literally, but for whatever reason we just don't see many Westgate owners around here.
