I had plans for Disney World including prepaid multi-day tickets. I sat on hold forever and never got through. I did finally connect via chat and got this response to my question on my tickets. Looks like no refunds, but a credit for future use.

"Unexpired multi-day theme park tickets with unused days, or date-specific theme park tickets with a start date beginning March 12th through the end of the actual closure period will automatically be extended to use any date through December 15, 2020. If you are unable to visit by December 15, 2020, you may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date."

Hope this is helpful to someone else.

How about people who had yearly passes? I wonder if they get a few months at least added on to the end date.
