Anyone else having trouble signing into II

On the app I keep getting access denied
on the website i can sign in but when it asks which account Iit keeps on popping up “do you want to download “cs”” and I keep on hitting the x to close that. I have no idea what cs is. And after I close that pop up I get back to the screen to choose the account and the same pop up appears...
tried on 2 different devices
Any thoughts?

As long as it’s happening to you I feel fine. I just came here looking to see if anyone else had the issue. Whew!! Ok so now we wait and see.

Only on the app! But the weird thing is that randomly out of nowhere my notifications on my getaway alerts started working again last night? Then this morning I can’t log into the app! Strange! Maybe they are updating it.

Are you guys getting the access denied via the app and that same crazy issue using th website? Now every time I click on my account via the website that stupid pop up just keeps on reappearing. Of course I close it and when I click on my account the same thing reappears.

Had no problem logging in via computer.
What browser? I had the issue with Safari so wondering if a different browser was working

II tends to do site maintenance every Sunday, and nearly every Sunday there are posts about the site not working or being glitchy.

It just means that the Interval site has a technical error from the upgrade the performed overnight. Specifically, https://file.org/extension/cs

I log in thru the Club La Costa website. On 4/8 they posted a notice that there were technical issues preventing log in. It took about a week to fix. CLC said the problem was on II's end and II said the opposite.
