I have a really annoying problem with my account. I have been dealing with this issue since at least April 14. I was making a reservation and saw some odd alerts on a few of my contracts when the points allocation window popped up. The alerts said the contracts were locked due to delinquency (don't recall exact verbiage). So, I called in to ask. They said that I did not pay my MF's. I knew that wasn't true. I asked them to look in the financial part of my account and they confirmed that we paid all MF's early. I've called in several times over the last 6 weeks and was told last week that it was fixed. But, I tried to make a new reservation today and the same issue popped up. I had to call in and they made the reservation for me on a 48 hour hold, hoping to get the issue fixed by then.
The new reservation is to use the 120 day hold, due to COVID cancellations. But that portion of my account is locked, so they can't use those points right now. I was told that I am not the only one having this issue.
