Anybody Taken VacationsByRail thru Scotland?

In particular, their Edinburgh, the Highlands and Islands tour? I booked this several months ago for myself, DW, step-son and daughter-in-law, for September. Never dealt with this company before, but a rail tour of Scotland sounds great.

I've since noticed that they get poor reviews on Tripadvisor, but excellent reviews on TrustPilot and reddit. It appears that the poor reviews are mainly for North America (US, Canada) tours, and due to disruptions from Covid.

All my reservations for this trip (tour itself, air, hotels before/after the tour) are non-refundable, so I'm a bit nervous. Anybody here taken this tour? Comments? Thanks.
 
I hope it goes fine. After the Tartan Army visit for FIFA, I think Scotland is a first choice place to visit. Have fun.
