Any trouble receiving confirmation emails from Hilton ?

Is anyone else having trouble receiving emails from Hilton on Gmail? Very random but a reservation they cancelled due to a rennovation - has been cancelled in the system - but I cannot see the new reservation on line. They say they have it in the back end and gave me a new conf. #. I would like that information in writing but have not been able to get an email from them - in two different addresses (although both are gmail) . I have checked spam and blocked addresses - have not gotten an email from the input address (that confirms reservations ) since August. I do get the sales ones but those are from a different address. I have tried to escalate - but get nowhere with the customer service people (they are nice - but just keep trying to resend to same address or new address to no avail. Any suggestions welcome.

I could not pay my MF fees online.
The portal noted I had to call.
I called to ask why and they told me my account was 'flagged' with correspondences turned 'off'.
They told me to email support and ask them to allow communication.
They could not explain to me why it happened.

Yesterday, I noted in my profile that I had not 'approved' my consent under the Manage Communications section. This is weird, as I have always received notifications.
My 2024 MFs were not even posted.

I wonder if your situation is related?
