Any recommendations for an iPhone instruction book?

My son got a new iPhone a few weeks ago and gave me his "old" one -- from all of a year ago. I went to a one hour workshop at the Apple Store but need a lot more help in making good use of it, especially since I am used to Windows products, not Apple's. I see there is a Dummies book for the iPhone and Amazon.com has a couple of offerings but it is difficult to tell which might be most useful. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting started. I am all hooked up, using the phone and camera, but not much else.

Thanks!

Diane
