Any other OLCC owners getting this message on RCI

was just doing an exchange seacrh on RCI this morning for the month of January

we own at OLCC, but the website comes up with the following:

The resort you are trying to confirm allows travel only once in 3, 4 or 5 years. Because our records show that you visited this resort within the past 4 years, it cannot be confirmed online. If you have any questions or would like help with other choices, please call one of our Vacation Guides at 1-800-338-7777.


Looks like RCI/OLCC are blocking out Owners to 1 in 4 rule.


although on the points side it says the following:

1 IN 3 YR RULE APPLIES ACROSS ALL ORANGE LAKE PROPERTIES-IF YOU HAVE TRAVELLED TO ANY ORANGE LAKE PROPERTY YOU CAN NOT RETURN UNTIL 3 FULL YRSHAVE PASSED- RESORTS INCLUDE 0670-8896-8897-5421-A493-A430. RULE APPLIES TO 'REG' EXCHANGES NOT EXTRA VACS/BW'S. OWNERS ARE EXCEMPT

there it says owners are exempt...

upgraded software, downgraded availability in weeks....

This always was the case. Owners who exchanged back into OLCC always had to put the unit on hold and call RCI. The question is whether they will charge owners $164 or $189 for the confirmation.

I called RCI and was told its a glitch in there new system.
