Haven’t tried adding a guest in a while. I tried the last few days and can’t get past to confirm.. is this a glitch?

Any one else having trouble adding a first name?

I just (today) changed one that was originally made in March, but the guest had cancelled out, and then went back in today to put in a new guest. No problems. I thought I might be charged 2 guest reservations, but they only took off one. I don't think it ever really cancelled the first one, the old name just got changed to the new one. It was for a 7/11 at Westwinds.
