There back.... with a new name and website, same scam, same scum. "A group of international investors are buying up all the properties at my resort and are willing to pay top dollar for mine. All I have to do is deposit the taxes in an escrow account in Mexico (those tricky mexican laws about gringo's selling there property in Mexico without taxes. Better have them up front and of course we'll give them back to you.
