Any Festiva owners on TUG?

I was wondering if there were any other Festiva timeshare owners on TUG.

Are you a fixed or floating weeks owner? Or are you a Points owner?

As a Points owner do you have trouble with booking availability of your desired resort?

Have you tried to rent your week through their VacationCondos.com site? Were you successful?

Have you used their exchange company RTX? How was the inventory? Were you successful in getting an exchange?

I own 2 weeks at the Palm Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama. One fixed week and one float week. I purchased them on the resale market. I have not used my units to exchange nor have I used their rental program. I’m interested in finding out more about their catamaran sailings.

We own two fixed weeks, and have not used any of Festiva’s features. They are summer Wisconsin, and we typically exchange the,, though that might change now that my daughter is starting her grad program at Madison.
