I've used them several times. Some Ebay sellers only use this company. They're fine but be prepared to call them to move your contract along. I once found out that my deed was sitting on someone's desk for two weeks while the person was on vacation. They'll get the job done though. I always gotten my weeks closed and my escrow applied correctly.

I would agree to use them again. Not maybe the best and not the worst, but they get the job done
