I did a search, and neither the seller or closing company has been mentioned on TUG. Does the seller have any feedback? Is he new?

Seller is a timeshare broker, but only since August 2011 (thus my question). He has about 10 positive reviews on eBay. He currently has 12 active timeshare listings on eBay.
