Hi all and thank you for helping answering my Wyndham questions last year. It took about 8 months from purchase date in December 2023 to membership point load July 23, 2024 for my Wyndham Nation Harbor 400,000.
Very happy with Tug Marketplace and Express Closing Services in Springfield, MO very helpful. I mention Express Closing again because I wrote their city incorrectly as Southfield, MO when I reviewed them {here on TUG}.
I did call Wyndham seeking these answers however vacation representative suggested I ask a salesperson and feeling TUG members here better to receive advice than salesperson.

Here's the question(s). Since it takes so long to complete a resale transfer I am seeking to add on about 90,000 points.
Does the new contract stand alone causing a minimum program fee cost based on new 90,00 points or will it combine with my first 400,000 points.

Will the new 90,000 points combine with the 400,000 with housekeeping credits total of 7 {490,000 / 70,000} and other allowances / benefits or does a new contract stand alone?

I'm thinking if a new 90,000 points purchase will stand alone I might look for a larger contract like 231,000 points, however that's more than I need at the moment.

Thank you for your help again and all comments are suggestions welcome.

Safe and fun travels everyone.

Developer and resale benefits do not combine. (Arguably, they should for this purpose, but they do not.) You can use the points together, but you'd be short one HK unit vs. buying this resale.

My advice; Retail price is a lot to pay to avoid a longish wait for more points.

Hi bnoble, sorry for the confusion, the new 90,000 point Wyndham will also be a resale purchase.
I guess, I have another question please.
Does is mater if the 90,000 point purchase is a different Wyndham Resort? Do they merge together into one total assemblage when the program fees are charged?

Oh, then yes they would combine for e.g. housekeeping. Resort does not matter. Ownerships at different resorts have different ARP rights but at ten months points are points in one pool.
