My wife and i have a timeshare on Grand Cayman, the resort name is 7 mile beach, we have not used it in five years. We've tryed to sell it, sign it back to them and even tryed to exchange it a couple of times, no success with any of it. My question is what will they do if we just quit paying the fee's?

They will turn you over to a collection agency and it will hurt your credit rating.

Have you tried to give it away? TUG has a FREE classified section just for that called the Bargain Basement - Timeshare Marketplace. If you price your Ad at $1 it will automatically go in the Bargain Basement Category. Specify that the "buyer" pays all transfer costs.

Good luck!
