another eplus question

I made a reservation this morning and bought eplus but now when I try to look up exchanges for an upgrade through Eplus it wants to know what week I'm going to exchange before I can look. What am I doing wrong?

Go to My History section, then look under the exchange tab. You will then see the option to "Start E-Plus Retrade"
