I have run multiple contests on tug over the years. I appreciate all the submissions and looking to give away another $100.
You can see the past contests by searching my username and see that I do pay the prize out.
I am looking for company name suggestions for a new app/website/concept. The two main things are
- the url and facebook page must be available
- it must be 7 or less characters (when you think of a name you can search GoDaddy.com to see if the url is available and then type facebook.com/thenameyouaresuggesting to see if the facebook page is available.
The concept that we are launching is similar to aarp, but for teachers. We are building a platform that will give teachers discounts. So, the name can be completely made up, one that incorporates different words (like edu into it - i.e, evolveedu), or create a name like aarp that the initials are the website and then we will abbreviate it for the url.
We will award $100 to a name that we use. If none are acceptable and we wont use it, we will award $50 for the best one we don't use. If someone submits a name that we love, we will immediately close the post, pay the fee, and notify everyone we have a winner.
