Will Wyndham allow you to change a resale deed that is paying MFs annually to paying them monthly?

My Wyndham points contracts are paid monthly. My Wyndham fixed weeks are paid annually.

Interesting. I'm watching an ebay auction and the fees are paid annual but its a point contract. I wonder if it is a converted fixed week.

Possible. Also possible the seller just doesn't know better. Most traditional timeshares pay annually.

from the Wyndham website

Assessment billing for the CLUB WYNDHAM® Plus Assessment may be paid annually or in monthly installments. You have several payment options to choose from. While the Auto-Pay Plan is the most convenient method to pay your assessment fees, you may also choose to make a one-time online payment or be billed. Please keep in mind an $8 service charge applies per billing cycle for direct billing.

I end up paying $8/month for the direct billing and another $3/mo to pay on the website...so an extra $132/year..Maybe I should move to an annual payment or let them tap my account at will

Thanks Ron, The seller wants the whole years MF at the time of closing so I assume the seller has been paying annually. Its still a good deal, no closing or transfer fee so I think I'll take a shot at it.

I have them draw from my checking and I have never had any issues with it, They do it the same day every month - no fee for this.

We have been doing the same with a credit card for several years without any problem. However, there have been posts about folks having forgotten to change their Wyndham payment information when they have changed bank accounts or credit cards. I recall that they said that Wyndham is quick to impose penalty fees and freeze point accounts when charges bounce.

That's why I have them doing from my checking, my checking account won't expire and I would have given them my debit card number anyway, so, it doesn't make a difference to me.

To Ron's point though, if my pay dates were variable that might be a problem to have auto deductions. Also, Ron's MF's are probably a lot higher than mine too. Mine are about $60 a month.

How things are listed on eBay doesn't have much to do with how things are paid. Sometimes doesn't have much to do with anything!
