Annual Travel Insurance, recommendations?

I purchased an ANNUAL policy from ACCESS AMERICA for $504. premium(2 people). Includes Trip cancellation, travel Delay, etc. as well as medical, emergency medical transportation, flight insurance and collision damage waiver. I usually NEVER buy trip cancellation protection, but with all the travels I have planned, I think this is a wise investment. Hope I never have to file a claim...

Am I correct in reading that the annual policy only covers up to $1000 for cancellation or interruption? Is there a way to increase the coverage? Does it cover terrorism? We're headed for Egypt so terrorism is on my mind.
Yes, it's a little light on Cancellation/interuption protection, but your only covering the non-refundable portion of your costs, so $1000. per person covers most of my situations.
