I have a Vacation Village 3 BR 3 Bath annual Timeshare at Berkley in Orlando (Week 11, Unit 2205) which is enrolled in RCI points (103,000 annually). Last Year’s (2024) maintenance was $943 (good ratio). My RCI points' year is July 01, 2024 - June 30, 2025. There is no mortgage or outstanding fees or assessments. I still have 92,900 RCI points in account. An additional 103,000 become available July 1, 2025. You can use the huge unit annually in week 11 or exchange the points in RCI points and for anywhere in RCI after paying an exchange fee. I have used the points to trade primarily into the Hilton Club, West57 in NYC and Wyndham resorts. I will sacrifice the current points without reimbursement. Occupancy and maintenance begin for Buyer in 2025.
I will use LT Transfer to close and will pay their fee. I understand that Daily Management's Transfer fee is $225 which I will also cover. RCI fees are $222 for a New RCI Account or $98 for existing RCI Members. The Buyer will pay the RCI Account fees.
