The Hubs received notification today that all vacations are cancelled until after 4/30/20. We were looking forward to our Spring Break week in Sedona. Normally my Mom would gladly step in but she is her 100yr old mother to care for. So I will be on the phone tomorrow trying to exchange for a later date. Next time I will make sure to purchase EPlus.

Yes, I've got two trades in May which I didn't buy E plus for because our plans were set in stone. I'm hoping II does the right thing. Worst case I'll be out $400 in trade fees.

Are you trades outside of 60 days? If you retrade now for something else, you should be able to add ePlus to the new retraded week. I just did that using our Marriott trade in to Newport Coast. Retraded for Cypress Harbour. I now see a big Add EPlus button beside the exchange in My History. I had the benefit of no exchange fee though since this was an enrolled Marriott week.

I do have eplus for an exchange into Orlando at the end of this month. I have one retrade left but I don't know if it will be better by mid/late May or if I will be able to reschedule my time off for then. I am waiting until Monday and then see if they will waive the 59 day restriction and let me book something like Williamsburg or something else within driving distance for July or even September.

If you call 800-822-2920 and ask nicely, perhaps the person who answers the phone will allow you to retrade into something without another exchange fee. I was told they would do this as a one-time courtesy, but you have to be able to know what you want for the exchange. Therein lies the problem. I would not be able to book something soon because I have no idea where I would want to go or if it's even safe to go anywhere for a while. I want to go to Orlando in May, but what if Disney and Universal stay closed.
