As a native Californian who remembers what it was like before people flocked here from *everywhere*, I can't wait for some more people to leave. We simply cannot cope with more people. The sheer number of people negatively affect our quality of life; everything is crowded and traffic is unbearable in some places. Real estate prices are outrageous. Both of our families left the midwest (1940's, 1950's) for job opportunities and better weather and found both to their liking. Unfortunately they weren't the only ones. I wish nothing but the best for those who don't like the state. My goodness, if you don't like it find a place that you like instead of staying and complaining! Those folks I will never understand. We will stay here to take care of our aging parents. (That is another thing that I will never understand, those who leave their folks behind. That's a head scratcher for sure!)
