Let me know if it is behind a pay wall. I'll get it another way.
One sentence struck me:
QUOTE
Across New Orleans, it was the same story: Residents were hesitant to venture back out in a city that once was an epicenter of the novel coronavirus, even though social distancing has paid off with sharply decreased rates of infection.
END QUOTE
Does this sound like the so-called "herd immunity?" New Orleans paid a terrible price from Mardi Gras and there's no way to know how many people from out of town contracted the virus from visitors But, it seems New Orleans is recovering more quickly than places that have been locked down. I'm not making a moral statement or a moral judgment. It's just an observation. No way I'm advocating throwing our elderly people under the bus. I am one.
