Americano Uninhabitable and under new management..

Parents got this letter regarding Americano being uninhabitablehabitable and pushing them towards Westgate.

What legal recourse is there for something like this?
They haven't been able to use it for last couple years plus paid special maintenance from hurricane.

Seems like Westgate gets prime real-estate to demolish and rebuild and screws the owners.

Don't they have any vested interest in the property??

What happened to this? Did your parents get a better offer eventually? Sounds like more crookedness and mismanagement, while draining funds labeled as "management fees." When developers control the the HOA board, it just really a license to steal.
