Thanks Sue, I hadn't seen that.

I'll say that as an American, I find something peculiarly American about the attitude that it's so clever to get whatever we want, whether by lying or cheating or whatever, with no shame (such as the restaurant folks in the thread above who were glad to talk about how they got around the restrictions). Don't mean to start a political discussion.
