It seems some people are not getting updates for Echo..I've been receiving updates via email. How about u?

Are you talking about the emails that provide new information about the echo? I got one on Friday, November 13.

I did not get this email.

Okay.....go to Amazon
Them Your Account
Then under Message Center click Email Preferences & Notifications

Amazon Communication choose what type of email
Enable Send me marketing e-mail from the following categories

And pick Amazon Echo then save

I had all marketing emails turned off
