Almost Free 2b/2b in Kissimmee, FL near Disney

I have a 2 bed/2bath floating week timeshare that I am willing to give to anyone who will pay the late fee of $682 (for a special assessment they charged mid-year) and pay the costs to transfer it into their name.
Yearly maintenance fees are approx. $850
This is a great resort close to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.

Sorry, but you are going to have a hard time uloading this timeshare with these conditions. Currently there is one at the same resort being offered on eBay where there are no closing fees, and no indication of any assessment being owed (starting bid of $1 but no bids yet). If you look around on eBay you will find many timeshares selling for just a few dollars.
