1 BR oceanfront unit owned by Hawaii resident in "A" building. Looking to find a new home for this unit by the end of the year. The new owner will be responsible for 2016 dues and have the 2016 week. Selling price is $10. Shared responsibility for closing/transfer fees may be negotiable. (Note: I am currently using an existing week (2015 freedom plus week) through Interval).

The week is fixed (deeded). But usage floats. I have an interested party right now. I will update the thread shortly as to whether it is taken by that party or still available.

New Owner has been found

I thank this forum for efforts at improving liquidity for owners and offering opportunities for buyers.

I received interest from both craigslist and TUG2 for my unit.
