Alii Kai II 2016 Maintenance Fees

Yes, I was told by the Alii Kai II front desk person that Kai II had dropped Grand Pacific starting 1 Jan 16. When I called Grand Pacific this morning they couldn't tell me what the 2016 MF was but did give me the 808 number to get the MF which I posted.

2016 maintenance fees for Alii Kai II will be done on Kauai by the ALII KAI RESORTS OWNERS ASSOCIATION; PO BOX 1967; LIHUE, HI 96766 FONE 808-445-1116.
THEY WILL NOT BE DONE BY ADVANCED FINANCIAL AS I PREVIOUSLY STATED.
