Fare Rules: Purchase by 11:59 pm (PT) on December 7, 2015. Travel is valid Tuesdays and Wednesdays from January 5, 2016, through March 2, 2016. Blackout Dates for travel to/from Mexico or Costa Rica: January 5-6, February 10, 2016. Blackout Dates for all other travel: February 10-23, 2016. Fares between Portland and Kansas City, Minneapolis, or Omaha are available beginning February 24, 2016.
