Is this double-decker seat the future of airplane travel?

Zephyr Seat, a design that reconfigures airplane cabins with double-decker lie-flat seats in premium economy, is being touted as a possible solution for fliers looking for more protection from the spread of Covid-19.

One first glance, I loved it. Then I imagined a rather large passenger sitting above me. Umm ... not liking it so much.

If getting one's overhead bag into the existing storage is difficult for some, imagine having to lift it into the small cubby offered in the upper seating?
