FYI...The mountain resort area where our short term vacation home is located just opened up today for rentals. Demand is strong. We already have all but one week now booked in July and early August. We now must have a 2 day buffer between rentals for cleaning per ordinances, but renters are staying longer. One week and a 2 week rental. We raised rates to cover for non-booked Covid cleaning days. We now will be able to cover our bills for the year if we must shut down again this fall. What a change from the outlook this spring. We can breathe again. Woohoo!

Glad to hear your having a positive result.

AirBnB is still an unknown experience to us. I don’t think that is going to change anytime soon. But hopefully life will return to normal for all of us sooner rather than later and all this will be behind us.
