Any comments on the effect of airbnb on timesharing in buying selling and renting?

airbnb is an interesting platform. for some cities such as london, seoul, tokyo it offers some really great deals. the experience varies widely and may provide some unique experiences. i love the idea that it opens up under utilized properties and provides travelers more choice.
