My wife and I booked a trip from San Francisco-Paris back in December leaving April 12 returning June 2. A few weeks ago they offered our non refundable tickets a voucher good for up to a year or a refund of taxes only on the ticket. We have been waiting for them to officially cancel the flight we have to see if we could perhaps get a full refund. Yesterday our flight over was cancelled but their new terms are the same voucher and it appears a refund is no longer offered. As I am 71 I have no idea what my health or circumstances will be over the next year so really do not want a voucher good for a year. The new flight offered is not a direct like we had and is with one of their partners. What if any options do we have? Curt
