Is anyone familiar with this company & their offers to buy in-deeded timeshares (in Mexico)?
We'd like to sell our El Cid membership, and know that there's a lot of scams out there.
Help & info greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

No, but even the name sounds suspicious.

Call me cynical, but at some point in your discussions with them, they will ask you to "advance" funds for some purpose. They may call it a title search, a tax payment, an appraisal fee, or whatever. They will tell you it will be refunded when the property sells. But as soon as you pay it (if you pay it; you should not pay it), they will disappear with your money.

Here on TUG, we see upfront fee scams all the time. They are all the same; they promise they will sell your unwanted timeshare, usually for a ridiculous price, to induce you to pay them money.

Stay away.

How did you find out about them? Did they cold call you?

The details you gave so far seem to point towards a scam.
